Nantucket Island School of Design & The Arts. Visual artists, performers,composers, writers. Residencies at Harbor Cottage Artist Colony in town. School is 8 miles away offering studios in-season. June through Oct. the arts community is active. Off-season is perfect for solitude and on-your-own experience. $750 to $1,000 per month (higher in summer).
